yup yup, ive seen that happen before and it happened to me

with my it happened on my mule account with some pretty good gear, it happened at the pin to pic switch, at the time I didn't play maple, I was an on and off player

the hackers only hacker me to create a spam bot under my account

ergo I was banned for illicit promotion and/or advertising

I think at one point, the hackers where block from creating account, forcing them to use others

now u can quit maplestory lool

do not give accounts to strangers or give items/meos to people first

I just changed my password, so to confirm, yes nexon password change is in working order.

Pshh. 6 months? That's nothing. A ticket I sent took close to a year and a half to get resolved

id hate to be to dim your outlook on this, but many people have yet to have their ticket resolved, mine for example took 6 months before anything went through

@MegaSonic Ah, I've been typing an essay (literally) of a ticket on a new account about this for the past hour or so, providing pictures and my old account information ranging from my old password to my account that was connected on facebook (My god). I'm pretty sure I got visited by some tracking cookies from the nxcredit offers while my adblock was disabled. I'm hoping I would get a good gm at the end of the line that could understand what's happening. Providing lots of pictures and stuff about old tickets history of my hacked account.. I guess I'll check what I'll have in store in the next few weeks.

sorry, but you got completely hijacked

the most you can do now is open a ticket on a different account explaining your situation, I know they tell you that gm's don't ask for information but leave all your information like former email, user id, password, and pic in the ticket, its kind of needed because you'll be using a different account to open the ticket, make sure to also specify that you can not access the hacked account so you had to post the ticket under a secondary account

by the way,

people get hacked usually by the following:

visiting sites with tracking cookies
trying to download hacks for maplestory
skyping with maplers
creating a a different server account with the same account information

im pretty sure you did one of those^

You get a notice on your email account if someone changed the email address for an account. Did you see anything like that in your inbox or your deleted tab?

No, I DO remember my password. I actually logged in earlier today to get the hot time rewards and did a little cwkpq with my alliance.
But when I tried to log in a few minutes ago, my password didn't work.. o.o

@matthew333666 I logged in earlier with my password. A few hours later, I try to log in again. Invalid password over and over. I tried to reset my password. No email in the inbox. I've been waiting at my email for at least 30 minutes.

does it say the account is not registered or password incorrect.

if it was pass inc that means they didn't change the email which is highly unlikely
