Blackhearted Curse
Interval Damage: 500%, Negates Attack Ignore and Attack Reflect effects
..? Doesn't this mean that you "ignore" damage reflection skills?
I tried out Hilla today on my Kanna after activating this skill and it seems that this isn't the case and ended up killing my Kanna multiple times because I couldn't time away Vanqisher Charm.

Eh, I guess that makes sense now. The last time I actually checked up on this was back when people said it was Monkey Spirits killing Kanna's. Such lame. Nexon should really think things through before implementing them in game.
It ignores DR itself. It doesn't allow you to so if you use vanq while it has dr on, you will die. If you stand near it while is has dr on, you will not unless soul bomb...

Monkey spirits doesn't trigger DR either. Someone else stated that it was the soul bomb skill. If you kill normal mobs with black hearted curse, they will explode and do damage to Hilla that does activate DR.

It seems like the skill does works against DR like it states since it seems ignores Blackheart's DR in DIPQ, at least for me it does. Reading a post about the skill a while back the issue seems to be with mobs that are near the boss/mob with DR on it. Blackhearted Curse will still attack those mobs and summon a Monkey Spirits which can and will hit the DR mob/boss resulting in a death. If there are no mobs around, like Blackheart in DIPQ, and Blackhearted Curse activates Monkey Spirits, Monkey Spirits will ignore DR like it should.
OP: A simple solution is to not use the skill when fighting a boss with DR. Also, don't teleport in bosses with DR and instead walk.
I've heard something about this skill being Glitchy. It seems to work fine for me. Maybe you're teleporting past Hilla?
