Anyone familiar with the gamestop policy? Please help
I bought this headset called the afterglows and there is a wired and wireless version. I bought the wired. Btw it works for your Xbox, phone, PS3, etc. But the wired version only works when plugged into a USB port. Will I be able to exchange it for the wireless ones and pay the difference? Wired cost $59.99, wireless cost $99.99. Thanks!

I am pretty sure that you can as long as the headset is still under the receipt return policy. Then again, its Gamestop so...
You should be able to trade in for an upgrade. Depending on how long you had the headset, you might get a full refund. If not, you can still trade it in, wont be at full price but better than nothing.

Why not just use the wired?
you should read the receipt they gave you. There is usually a whole description about returns at the end of it or at the back of it. Learn2beawarenoob.
Buy low, Sell high.
OT: They will allow you to return it for full price worth in in-store credit if you made the purchase within the past 2 weeks and bring the receipt.
