Seeing as how it appeared in blue text several times within the hour, thus meaning several times within the 30 minutes, you should have seen the notice IN-GAME. Get over yourself for calling people rude when it was clear as day.

Yes you are. Always, ALWAYS check for a maint before buying one of them... especially on a TUESDAY NIGHT, WHEN THEY SCHEDULE MAINTINENCES!

I'd contact them. Their customer service isn't too bad these days, they might help you out! You can even live chat them.
It's as @SheepPB stated above me ._. They mentioned it so much, how did you NOT see it? Did you like just get straight home, but a 2x and start training right off the bat?
It was announced on the site and even in game (multiple times in blue text each hour) that there was going to be a server check. You fault. Don't blame Nexon for you incompetence.
It was a scheduled maintenance... why'd you use it right before maintenance?

You can always send a ticket to Nexon to ask to refund it but in all likelihood they won't even try to fix it.
There was a massive glitch that happened on Christmas involving all 2x EXP coupons where it had absolutely no effect and that wasn't even during a patch. Nexon told me they'll see what happens but it's been 4 months and i'm starting to lose hope lol
