is 350 matk a good end game staff ?
350matk 15 star and the pot. Is legendary so all i have to do is cube.
or should i aim around 400~. Like do 50 more matk really affect my end game range ?

Not really. My staff has 35 matk more with 4 less stars. I suppose you can get everything else and boss your way to a better staff, but a perfect weapon is a huge leap forward in terms of end game funding

Don't worry about it too much, try to buy to fafnir staff and work your way up from there.

With spell trace fevers, it shouldn't be too hard to 15% it with the traces

You could always innocence scroll it and rescroll with 15% spelltraces. Today is the last day of spell fever, so you can still get your item done in time if you wanted to
Although I am being hypocritical when I say this because my gear is pretty much "done", I regret not finishing my wep first and if I could go back to that time, I would perfect it from the start.

Hmmm, would it be better to switch it at the end after all my gear is done ? Cause ita still a good staff and a new one will cost me alot. I got around 10b atm
No, I assume that means your staff is 70% traced. Mine is actually somewhat around that area too, and I'm quite frantically trying to replace it this anniversary. Yes it will affect your endgame range. 50 is a lot LOL
