The "Burning Character" and the Icy/Hot agents are 2 different events.

Also: Did you accept the "FIREPOWER overboost" Quest?

Just checking...did you get prompted to "Burn" your beast tamer when you just created it?

@Helquin: Wasn't aware of that. I was told you can use it "right from job 1" so I assumed.
Still, in my opinion, to get the most of this "bruning" system - have your character at level 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 (or any level that can be divided by 3).
Last level would be 102 if you do so.

The only characters I have been on is my NL which is like 156 so its not eligible and my beast tamer which is below Level 100

Yeah it's at level 15 at the moment..

Just pointing it out...you don't need to be above level 10 to "Burn" a character, It's possible to "Burn" one right after you created it.

It only works if your character is below level 100 and above 10.
There should be a "Burn" yellow button below their IGN.

Maybe you are Khaleesi and won't burn.
