Can someone explain to me how the character card for aran works? Do I get a 70% chance to heal hp per attack or is there some sort of cool down? Thanks in advance.

This is what I have observed: On the first hit, it recovers x% hp at 100% (or maybe it's 70%? idk). Then there's a less then 100% chance it will recover hp again on the next hit, and will continue to do so for all successive hits till it doesn't proc. Once it doesn't proc, it goes into a 5-10 sec cooldown. I don't even know where they got "60 seconds" from.
Someone said it only recovers your base hp, not the total so that's why it doesn't seem to recover much. Even with the Evan card I don't run out of mp due to hayato's high base mp. The x2 occurs when it successively procs by doubling the previous hp recovered amount (6%, 12%, 24%, etc), but I can't confirm that because I never bothered to write the numbers down.
i'd take it as that, my aran card is the S one and well in my evan i dont see much of a difference as i dont lose hp, but the evan card does restore some mp when i attack, at least enough to not use many pots.
There's a 60 second cooldown.
