Nexon never has IP banned anyone. It's why people just make new accounts. Not that IP banning can't be worked around but it weeds out the weaklings at least.

I found a good way to get the botters removed from the map is even if you just move the boss. My pally used his close combat and pulled the boss over to me making the botter d/c. Kinda wish the report button did more against botters...
Uhh from experience, you can loot the items by killing off the bot. Just keep fighting the Boss and evetually it will have Aggro on you. When it uses the attacks, stand near the character and he/she will eventually die. The moment the bot dies, try to kill it so you can get the boxes urself... or else, like above said, the bot will get all the boxes.

I wouldn't exactly "stalk" them but I do hang out in areas like perion and orbis just to find elites but the problem with botters at elites is they end up taking all the good stuff most times during the bonus round i'll be right about to grab a special item and the botter teleports through it leaving me with nothing

bots are in game content and therefore not bannable

yeah but the bots teleport to the purple chests so its pointless (tried it before)
Technically yes. But at the rate botters are getting banned (nearly non-existant) you'd probably be okay if you wanna risk it
Taking advantage of a botter may get you in trouble.
