i still dont get link skills?
i came back from a hiatus recently, and i don't really get link skills. all i know is that when u make a certain class, you can apply a special effect onto another character on the same account? i looked up a guide about them, but it was really badly explained

u make them like link from legend of zelda lol
I leveled all 12 of my link skill characters with and completed all tots and did not have issues transferring link skills.

I would think everyone knows what tot quests are but if you do all the quests tot gives at certain levels you get free lvl ups.
Some classes have link skills, which can be viewed by double clicking on the "Link Manager" skill in the tab that has all of your beginner skills.
If you have a class that has a link skill, you will see the skill in the Link Manager window.
If the character is at least level 70, you have the option of providing the skill to another character in the same world.

So you make a character that has one of these "link skills."
Most of these link skills have three levels. 1, 2, and 3, obviously.
The link skill starts at level 1, then levels to level 2 when that character hits level 120, and then levels to level 3 when that character hits level 210.
Once that character hits level 70, they can "give" the link skill to another character, and that new character, along with the original character, will have the effects of the link skill.
For example:
I have a hero.
I make a Luminous.
I get him to level 135. Since 135 is above level 120 and below level 210, my link skill will be level 2. Luminous' link skill gives % pdr: 10%-level 1, 15%-level 2, 20%-level 3.
Since my Luminous is above level 70, he can give the link skill to another character. I chose to give it to my hero.
Now both my hero and my luminous have an extra 15% pdr.
