Because of Mist Eruption's cooldown being 50 percent instead of removed, I would say that Evan trumps F/P, especially if that F/P is capping since Mist Eruption makes up so much of F/Ps damage until they can switch to Paralyze (which is a long ways away from capping with Eruption). Evan's damage stays consistent.

Yea I would agree with this. Not sure if in terms of dps, evan>fp or other way around, and same with bucc>sair, but it should probably be in this general order
