I find the idea of taking advantage of hacker/botter morally wrong even if it doesn't lead to a ban.

To answer the topic posters question I am at the moment doing Dimension Invasion party quests to get leaves and Anniversary event boxes.

It's a shame that Maple Leaves do not come also from boxes, but I guess that would have made things a little too easy.

My favorite method is to farm anti-magic on an AMP entropy with high %drop rate in corrupt mage map 2. By the time I hit my daily max of approx 15k antimagic in 15 minutes of grinding, I've also accumulated 3000 leaves and almost 100 armor boxes.

prob training in small maps with drop rate %s and pet loot.. also find a kanna for faster spawns and use a class like NL or DS that have passive drop rate increase

Train with pet loot on. Gain exp and get large amounts of leaves w/o even realizing it.
or
Ask to afk in someone's map to loot his or her leaves.

I find a nice quiet botter and sit in their SDH map w/ pet loot on.
