combine with a monster that's a higher rank (and level maybe?) and bank on luck I guess.

@Akaizer: When you combine, monster it says that to get a higher rank its better to combine with higher monsters.

If you already own a reptile, just keep combining to get more
The odds of it seem to be around 75% of what you are using, 20% of what the other monster is, and 5% being completely random

how do all the random farms i visit have b+ monsters and are fully decorated with houses and stuff? is it by chance that 5 players in a row are more dedicated than me?

It depends on the rank of your monster and the level it is. I don't know if the type has something to do.

You still want to combine them with a high ranked monster as well.

It's pure luck, or you need to slowly work your way up combining better and better monsters for better results (maybe?)

At the last Hot Time they gave out a Monster box thing which gave out a high rank monster (or else I got extremely lucky).

Are you combing with high level monsters?
