Please give me advice on spell tracing my weapon
For upcoming trace fever, im looking to upgrade my 70% 2 hand sword. I have 50 10% css in my storage + ~700m meso. 35 level dilligence and other guild skills maxed (thanks my guild ). Would you recommend that I do 15% or 30% (of course, during trace fever). In either case, how many 10% css do you recommend that I prepare (I know it depends a lot on my luck, but I still need some approximates so I can actually attempt this). Thank you in advance

Finishing it may be out of your budget atm, but the end result is what you'll want in the long term. And indeed, just by a new weapon if you fail more than 4 in a row and aim for about 4 successes. Also, you can fuse two failed weapons to get a third try. Again, much cheaper than inno.
YOLO 15%. If you fail like 4 in a row at the start, buy a new weapon. Cheaper than a 50% Inno.

I recommend just yoloing as many 15% as possible and if you get the majority of them to pass start clean slating. If you fail more of them, then just just the 700m and buy an inno scroll.
You probably won't finish with just 50 slates unless you're extremely lucky. For the long run 15% is better, 30% fits your budget but you're probably going to upgrade to 15% eventually anyways so up to you.
