Jacket warmer than sweatshirt but not too warm

I know you guys don't normally reply to (my) threads like this.

TLDR: I guess I'm looking for a jacket that could be worn as a midlayer, but also could be worn on its own in 30-50 degrees F weather.

You see, above 50 degrees (including wind chill), I can almost always just wear a sweatshirt or hoodie.
If it's below 20-30 degrees, I can wear my winter jacket, and if it's colder than that, I can put the inner lining in.
The inner lining of that^ jacket could be worn on its own, but I don't like how it looks on its own, and there's no elastic on the cuffs, and no drawstring at the hem.
