Neither- Nexus 4 or S3 is where it's at for the money.

@numanasap: Now you're just being ignorant. I've done side by side comparisons with my sister's 4S and can notice a difference. Don't see how they're feeding me lies when I'm able to see the difference with my own eyes. o-o

The glass on the screen is also thinner, allowing the colors to be much brighter. The iPhone 5's a lot lighter as well. (not sure if you care about that). If you're planning on keeping your phone for the next few years, I'd go with the iPhone 5. If not, go with the 4s.
