Louis XIV European History

Hey, I'm trying to find some sources on Louis XIV for a mock trial. We have to prepare a witness statement and I'm playing a french noble, nobody in particular. I can't seem to find any strong resources, most I've found are just short summaries of his life. Anybody know a good website that could possibly contain information about him, that's credible of course? Or if you yourself have a link to a good source post it here

Was Louis XIV the guy who was overthrown in the French Revolution...or was that some other Louis?
This is why I love history...

During this age of absolutism, aggressive censorship was not unheard of and many of the records about the king's life was destroyed during his reign or by the king after that.
that's true, never thought about that, but I'm pretty sure some sites can provide more in depth summaries than 2 paragraphs..
