The AdiPower Predators

So I've been primarily a Nike wearer for a while (since the T90 Laser I's debut) and haven't payed much attention to Adidas. Right now I wear CTR360 II (non-elite version, I don't really care much for the carbon fiber on a control boot), and Vapor VII's, not the Superfly's (a gift from a relative).

Now a couple of my teammates have the AdiPower Predators and they say that they have the control of the 360's, and the shot of the Lasers. Are they really that good? Because I wore the Predator X for a bit but that boot was horrible and I returned it, and at first I wasn't gonna try the AdiPower (because it had the same power spine technology the X's had) but now I'm a bit skeptical.

So are the AdiPower's really that good? Or is it just hype?

And yes I know, "The boot doesn't make the player, the player makes the boot" or something like that, but there's a reason CTR's are $180 and the boots at Sports Authority are $40.

Oh and while we're at it, what's so great about Tiempo's? Is it the comfort or what? I've never been a real leather fan (since they get heavy and it's rainy in the NW) so I never gave them a try.

And if you have no clue what I'm talking about, then I guess you won't be much to this discussion.

The Adipowers are really comfortable and honestly have amazing touch. You gotta get the 200$ leathers ones if you really want the full experience. Tiempos are nice, but CTRs (elite) and the Adipowers are better. I currently use AdiPure SLs, and I honestly can't be more pleased with them. I've been using elite vapors (400$) for 2 years, andf my last pair the CR7 Safari black/volt coloring, the studs broke in a month.
Honestly, the AdiPowers are what everyone say they are, it's not like since they have that powerspine you'll be like jesus at shooting, but the leather it nice on it and will help your touch. But, there's been like complaints about the Adipowers tearing really easily, so keep that in mind.[/quote]How often do you have to apply the leather treatment on the Adipowers? Cause I know leather gets really heavy when wet.

@hermitskill Actially defensive mid, but my teams playstyle is really fast paced and we try to tire the opponent with ball possession.

Are we still speaking of shoes?
