@ohjoseph: Unfortunately not. I contacted support, but they weren't able to figure out my problem in time. At least I still have the name saved on a separate character.

@traitor: I synchronized my IGN change to make sure no one snipped it. I then proceeded to "check" (released the ign) it then became available then I hit "ok". It went through with ease and I assumed the name was going through queu mode.

@zeroorhero9x Double clicking the coupon would only give you the option to cancel. Funny thing is now that you mention it, after I completed the process of the IGN transfer I did not receive a coupon. But the coupon shouldn't really matter though, I see the coupon as a receipt for the name transaction or to cancel it O_o.

@garrettshot I might have to try that myself. I only sent one ticket followed by 1 live chat. I might have to insist and beg like a 12yr old.

@valykire Hmm...makes me wonder if I missed something on my name change. I'm really having seconds thoughts now if I did something wrong. Did you end up changing your DS's name?

Are you sure you didnt get your ign sniped while deleting and putting the queue process through?

I purchased eight name changes. All 8 went through perfectly, fortunately. hope you get yours situated.

It wouldn't let me purchase the Name Change for my Demon Slayer. I could get as far as checking if the name was available, but once I hit ok, nothing would happen. Pretty frustrating, since my other characters could change their names just fine.

Did you double click the coupon after the bought it?

Yea im also having issues picking up IGNs fast enough

it would have been fine if i didnt do anything but i sent ticket and live chatted 3 times to make sure it was fine lol

I had issues but it went through in the end
