Link Skill Glitched
I got my Kanna to 70 the other day for the link skill. When I tried to give it to my other char it said that I can only do it once a day even though I haven't given it to any of my chars.
I thought that maybe getting to 100 would fix this but it didn't... It's still saying that I can only give the link skill once per day.
I want that 10% dmg can anyone help me?

Try accepting the link skill quest that explains how to link it and stuff.
When i made my AB and Kaiser i didnt click it and started to freak out cause it didnt work but after i did it it worked.

I had the same problem on a Jett I made. Did you use that Quest Deliverer item from the Tot's Know-How on the Link quest? I BELIEVE I did that on my Jett, and therefore glitched it. I re-made a Jett, made sure not to use it on that quest, and didn't have a problem. Just a possibility.
