Too much damage why?

no, this is not a thread about how bad my damage is, this is a thread asking: "why does everything hit us outlaws so damn hard? i hit 110 today, lhc is insane (half my hp in one hit) and ghost pirates are 1/3 in one hit. why? is there any way to take less damage? or any places for 110 - 120 that are good?

edit: meant to put this in the outlaw forum.... oops... doesn't really matter i guess...

wearing higher level gear DOES help. lv20 bathrobe low def = hit more. logical?

@thehoboguy, shads are best. pally still gets the full 1/1 shads however don't. I would know I have both

How to suvive hits as a hermit: Be a real hermit and interact with no one, no bosses, no monsters. Just like spongebob.

OT:Thieves actually use damage, we have Dark Flare, reflects 1300% of damage. Just buy a pet and use auto hp/mp to recover.

We get killed pretty easily sometimes..
it's hard to survive at LHC too
Edit: Maybe that's because I have SS10 lol

if magic guard gets dispelled, a mage would die in 1 hit from a snail.

Sairs dont exactly fly around super easy as well. There are no tops or bottoms for Pirates, well lvl 80+ anyways.

You do realize that
1) Post-BB everything hits less now
2) You don't have to train there. Even if it's the best exp and nothing else compares that still doesn't mean you have to train there.
