If you need motivation to play Maple, that's a sign that it's time to move on. I used to play for friends/guild.

I think a lot of the damage perspective have blinded so many people. I'm not saying that competition is a bad thing, but if it becomes discouraging what else is there to play said game.

How I see it is that I should enjoy the game at my own pace and do what I want. Mainsteam of getting "level up x in said hours" or getting "2mill-2mill no clown with x weeks" isn't my type of thing so I just do whatever at my own pace.

If it's not enjoyable, it isn't worth doing unless you truly seek for the end result. And those are my few cents.

If you need a motivation for something that is supposed to be entertainment, then you really need to reevaluate your choices.

I have a gambling addiction. I waste more money on other nexon games tho ie CA, DN. Almost nothing is good enough to pay for in maplestory for nexon keep releasing newer better op shet

I used to love the Megaman games as a kid. Maplestory is like a Megaman game with tons of replayability because you have so many different jobs you can play with, so many different side things to partake in, etc. ^^

I like the game very much.

My motivation is to be that one guy who is sarcastic and savage while roasting those who deserve it

It was trying to get stronger while having fun with people i met that kept me playing maple.
If i ever come back, it will be to make my characters look nicer.

I've already spent too much time on my character to stop playing, its a curse.

my motivation is just wanting to have others respect me and give me attention(I don't get that in real life)..thats why I spend heaps of money on this game and comment on every post in basilmarket.

The way I see it, if you like a game, play it. There's really nothing more to it.
