How come on Roller Coaster Tycoon the bathroom is the only attraction that gets 100% guest satisfaction rating?

they started to realize that

1. their game is very P2W
2. they wrongfully banned so many of their top paying players, they lost most of their money
3. alot of people left the game
4. other 2d games started to compete with maplestory and nexon
