The Strangest Thing

Alright, I want to ask you--the BasilMarket community--one simple question and (assuming this is actually seen by anyone ) I will leave you on your merry way: "How many of you have been having trouble, or been completely unable to log in through Google Chrome (or your most often used browser )?" Long story short, ever since the December 4th site maintenance, something between BasilMarket and Google Chrome has been acting screwy for me; I couldn't log in under any means and couldn't receive re-validation e-mails and am just now talking to you after a friendly tip from one of the people behind BasilMarket's contact team to try a different browser.

That's it, that's all I want to ask... well, that and if you have had such trouble, what ways have you found to fix the problem so that you can go about using your main browser? I mean, yes, I'm talking to you now, but I'd much rather be using Google Chrome which I use near daily rather than Internet Explorer which I only touch when situations actually demand it of me.

Huzzah! It worked! Why is the simplest and most likely solution always the one that's overlooked? Alright, after a quick cookie-cleaning, everything's back to normal. I guess I've just had such a backlog that Chrome decided to crap itself one day and start being troublesome. You... I like you. You are a good helper.

Not me, all three machine (PC/Laptop/Mac) and I can log in and do things fine on Chrome (Aside from those pesky Error 145, which apparently was basil being gg)
