The new Tot quests were glitched for my Noblesse. I did three of the quests and it gave me the medal and chair.

Hit "Replay" in the Tot menu which can be assigned to a key using Key Config.
Do all the quests. You dont have to change your hair if you don't want to (I think you can toss the coupon or just wait for it to expire). Then hit the present on the left side and accept all the prizes. The last box contains the chair and medal.

I just pushed all the quests one by one and accepted all the lvl gifts and I got it
