Ion Thrust is the most fun I've ever had in Maple. It's good to know I'm not the only one who feels this way. <3
Why did you name a fanclub about [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/MapleStory-Evan-10th-Growth-Skills.html#Summon-Onyx-Dragon]the coolest skill ingame[/url] after a Xenon skill and put it in the Xenon forum? Everyone knows that 1. It's called Summon Onyx Dragon, so a better name for it would be Summon Onyx Dragon Fan Club, and 2. It's an Evan skill, so the thread belongs in the Evan section.
It got me from lv 60-100 in like two hours on x3, just sweeping back and forth at roids <3

We need to start organising midnight street ion thruster races.
I see it as a beam pile-bunker type of weapon.
i once somehow did ion thruster while using the flying skill and it worked o.o i did like a messed up thing with the 3rd job fission at the same time as well o.o

It uses both, actually. In 3rd job, you get this neat skill that instantly regenerates 10 Energy though. So it's really not a problem.

Yes. You can use Pinpoint Salvo whilst using any attacks, including Ion Thruster.
You can use have Triangulation and Aegis System working whilst on the Thruster. Sure, Beam Dance is going to be better when it comes to DPM, but Iron Thruster is amazing.

It is actually my favorite thing ever about Xenons. At first, I thought you summoned it, and it moved on its own, but I was pleasantly surprised when I found that you rode the thing. If only it could hover or something. Can you fire rockets on it?
