At what point should I quit using nate, and start using Mc? Basically how much per line do I need to be hitting before switching.

I never bothered to use MC even at 35m lines with that skill because it still felt as if capping Nate did more damage. I'm going to guess you should use MC instead of Nate when you hit constant 50m lines with it.
