The Spiderman movies + related things are owned by Sony, iirc. With all the legal complications, including spiderman in the avengers would have been far too difficult. Thus, they left him out.

Their director, Sam Raimi or w.e quit since Sony was rushing him on making a 4th one. And tobey maguire quit idk why though. Sony probably gave up on trying to continue it and make a reboot instead. Why they making a reboot? To make money >_>

Because the director of spiderman 1-3 was not accurate with the comics

marvel is so confusing,micro verse,multiverse, negative zone, the void, the place where glactus comes from, how can all those thingsexist? and they still use stuff like asgardian gods (thor,loki) and greek gods (hercules,ares) together?

in the cartoon avengers she is not in it, and even in the comics she was not part of the oringil team. it was hulk,thor ironman, wasp and antman. captain america was even on the team yet

even wolverin and spiderman were in there once, but this movie depicts the original avengers, (but no wasp and ant man) but they want to make money so they have to put a hot girl.

If you watched The Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Spider man isn't in the series.
