Ranmaru isnt spawning for me
Last night I fought him and after he died I dced before I could even loot. Now he's not even showing up. I can't find the npc in the map to spawn the boss >.>

Good luck with that. The first reported incident was back in August 14, 2014.

Madman didn't spawn 2 days in a row for me
You got glitched. Try going in tomorrow. The npc ~ s h o u l d ~ be there again.
He does this sometimes. There's nothing you can do except run again next time
