About Haku perfected
So it seems as though Haku perfected is inferior to the one that you get in 2nd job up to certain levels. So when is the recommended level to start using haku perfected? I guess meaning how many points do you need to put in to it before it gets better than the one from 2nd job?

One. It stacks with the 2nd job variant and is your only source of a magic attack buff.
It stacks and is VERY recommended
haku perfected is a passive as far as im aware all you need to do is put point into it
Haku perfected stacks with the one from second job, and it gives you a better bonus from Haku's fan.
