Perma Roo Pets
Can someone tell me if the perma roo's that are on sale give you those +att buffs too? Or are they just regular perma pets? (I know there's still 10 minutes till reset but if someone wants to let me know because I'm going to bed)

that interesting so they grow just no att buff, what a shame guess no one buying these pets either thus ending nexons fail black friday pets wooo
@seroxyn: the +15 att buff is what I wanted to know about, though I didn't think they'd grow and cast those buffs either, so that's interesting ahaha

They grow and give buffs, but they do not give the static 15 att buffs. They give the random buffs such as +5 all stat, or +150 avoidability.

I just got the perm pets and they do grow and give u the buffs

The perm variant of these pets have not been released previously. However, from the description and past sales of 90-day buff pets that have been released as permanent pets, we can deduce that these pets will not have buffs, likewise it seems that they do not grow.
EDIT: Seems like they still grow.
