Your nebs will most likely not be deleted
Stop believing everything you read on this site, the rumours don't help either.
Duplicated items are not being deleted unless they were duped with a "recent" exploit. I doubt the hackers had time to sell a considerable amount. The fact they told us the items would be deleted a full day prior to the deletion also hints at the fact this was a minor exploit that will have little to no effect on the economy, this not calling for a unscheduled maintenance.
Nexon is simply deleting the nebs from a recent exploit.
Please stop asking if your item will be deleted.
