Well I've already upgraded my items quite a bit (I could still use a lot of upgrades)
What's the best way to increase range easily? link skills? sets?

If shadower is your main then get an emblem, cube for % attack. Get boss damage on your main weapon and try to get % boss and % attack on your secondary. If you can afford some bonus cubes then cube your main/secondary/emblem with bonus cubes. Link skills also help, main ones being DA/Kanna/Xenon/DS/cannoneer for those extra stats.

Links skills like Xenon, DA, and Kanna are great easy damage boosters.
