In which of the following situations would the International Red Cross be involved?

A) War between Israel and Iran
B) Dealing with disease in U.S. counties
Im stuck between the two. Online has both answers, but I don't know which. Cause Red Cross helps other country that is in a hard situation and Red Cross also tries to prevent diseases. I'm confused lol.
