Not able to buy a store permit
Today i made 2k credit off the surveys. When i go into the cash shop to go buy a store permit, the buy button isnt orange but black and i am unable to buy it.
SO the question to you basilers out there, Are we not allowed to buy store permits with nx credit, is there a certin level requirment? The chacter i am trying to buy it on is a level 33 kanna.

i have bought shops (permit and hired merchant) with nx credit.
Your account isn't old enough. It must be 2 weeks at least before you can purchase a store permit.
I would know because this account is only a week old and I was unable to buy a permit too. I got around this by having a friend gift me a permit and it worked fine
i see QQ this was my march break so i though i could maybe make some meso off it. i guess not

The only logical reason why you're not able to buy it is level restrictions.
Since it's an in-game purchase, you shouldn't have any problems with your account "not being old enough".
I've bought the 1.8k shop before, using NX Credit (Paypal gives credit instead of prepaid for some reason) and it worked perfectly fine.
