No it is not glitched, the 30 minute wait time for Horntail and the 1 hour wait time with 12 alive expedition member for Chaos Horntail in the dungeon is intended

They were to prevent hackers from back then.

@2 Above: That's why I usually wait for 32~35 minutes before I kill.

its after the summon i finished it off at 39 min and got no drops

You still have to wait 30min after summoned or you won't get the drops. I don't think it's a glitch, I believe Nexon intentionally did this.

@blacks151: Oh wells then .___. not like it matters.. I'm sure everyone waits an extra minute to be safe anyways <3 .. what's one more minute? teeeeheeee

I'm 99% sure it's 30 minutes after you summon it.

I just leave the left hand alive (yes it's EXTREMELY annoying with seduce, but you can afk on the right after)
