What should I buy to improve my range?
I have around 1.8B cash I'm willing to spend on my BaM currently. My range unbuffed is 10853-14511.

Dude, how do you expect him to get level 10 gloves to 12% INT? That's a little silly.
Unfortunately you'll have to cube most of your equips if you want godly potentials on your items.
I used 10 super miracles on my staff. Still rare...
I'm level 120 right now... I'll worry about that in 43 levels.
@Mystelteinn That was the pot I revealed on the staff. I'm getting NX to cube it tonight.
Magicians (and BaMs) don't benefit from ATT + on potential.
Try to get better potential from your staff.
Definitely your helm, pendant and shield.

@ImKrazy4u: Getting to 140 won't be hard, just keep the equips you have and train, when you get to 140, upgrade.
I am currently level 118 if people didn't see that in the screenshot
Get a better shield, pendant and helm.
@YooriRima: Empress hat would be better.
