adds a flat 1k damage to your total damage you dish out if you're level 200. Worthless I know, I'm a bucc.

It's the same as the buccaneer character card but for the exact value, I'm not sure

not really, but it's still a boost. Same with Buccaneer. Make both of them, they can stack :o
