Pcgamesupply Nx problem anyone?
Yeah, i recently bought two 10k codes at same time by increasing the quantity of cards and I received the link for eGift card that had 2 links (for two 10K codes) but the Virtual Gift card ID is only 10 digits and when I tried at website , it says invalid card.
This had never happened to me before as my previous purchases had 20 digits with mix of letters and numbers.
Did anyone have this issue?
Please help me out here !

I bought 100k last night so...
um i have not encountered this issue at all i purchased 25k from them yesterday, and i got the code pretty quick, and it worked u sure you click the right link and stuff? may try it again? go to you're recent orders and click one of them, when u click ur order you should have a link below TransNo: that's like eGift Card Link: "(Link to the card)" and you can also check on the same link how much balance it has, BUT if the code still doesn't work i think u can ask for a refund i hear they actually do this or you can ask for a different ID tell them it doesn't work and stuff they should send u another in a few minutes/maybe hours, I also dont think they are working right now since its early in the morning, so gonna have to be patient but dw they will send u another
I set the ticket 2 hours back, No reply yet..
I did the same thing. Seems like they're having a problem. I sent a ticket and got a response pretty quickly. Just make sure you send a ticket and wait for them to fix it. It's usually pretty fast.
I have the exact same problem but instead i got it from paypalgifts. they sent me a 10 digit code, only numbers.

Both PcGamesupply and Nexon each belong to separate different companies, so Nexon will not be held responsible for an issue with PCGaesupply. The best thing in my opinion is send them screen shots of everything you get to see, since you bought the card untill the code itself.

I check every ways but i finally end up seeing these two invalid digits

Both the links they gave had the ID that was only 10 digits something like Virtual Gift card id : 1234567890 instead of something like AB890SMG17HDYEOA8976 o.o
when you copy paste do you drag and ctrl c or do you double click and ctrl c it might be cut off? try the double click
Both links give different codes. Go back to the page that has 2 links, if you clicked the first one - click the second one
Also double check your code - maybe you didn't copy it all the way
