The claw will begin to drop when you begin to not care about it anymore. That is how it has worked out every time I tried to get a transparent.

I was already farming with a character within the same level range, I'm either very unlucky or it's an incredibly rare drop. Thanks anyway.

Ooooh ok lol. Well then if it still drops then that's good. I know that level affects the drop rate too so you should probably use a character that's around the same level as the Mutaes (at least 5 levels below/above). Also try using 2x drop and HS, maybe a coupon at the same time during events. I bet you'd find it. Even finding and Aluminum Baseball Bat is hard in golems I never found one after training there for like 6 hours on a Beginner.

The mapletip link I posted was solely to show what it looks like, it's the NX-version, thus irrelevant. I already checked, "Big Hand'' is listed as a drop in the monster book.
