He's most likely asking for a comparison between +1 att speed and 30% crit as IAs. I personally would prefer to have +1 att speed, as Lumi's Ender has a natural 100% crit rate and it really isn't that hard to get 100% crit anyway.

Only weapon attack speed (minus BaM) They just start with a base 6 casting speed. All other speed boosts do affect them.
OT: If you already have +1 attack speed I'd just keep it. There are probably alternate ways for you to get the extra crit, the attack speed can be more of a pain though.

I think he means, +1atkspd and 70% crit, or 100% crit.
I'd say +1atk speed and get30% crit from elsewhere
