It costs around 2k NX to reset with miracle circulators, I'd say 10k honor for 2k NX is a good deal. Especially when I can net 40k honor/hr during 2x event.

I'd kill for 30% critical chance, which I have, and, for the other two lines, 20% boss and then maybe 14 atk? That's the sort of thing I'm looking for and I keep collecting as much Honour as I can in the hopes of doing it. I've reset my IA, saving legendary and the 30% crit line...which takes 13,100 honour, mind you...about 30 times and I still don't have even a second line I'm happy with, much less a third. You're friggin lucky.

first line same as mine, i managed to get buff duration in the second but i think imma try for something else for 2nd and 3rd

Dang, thats an awesome constellation of Inner Abilities. I got 30% crit for my first line and have since spent many, many hours with various drop buffs trying to just get even just a second line thats relatively useful. I've had zero luck and I'm stuck with just the one line and 2 lines of crap.
