Personally, and it may not be the fastest, but I put all the fastest buffs on one macro (Self Haste, Booster, Thorns) and put mirror image, MW, and Karma on separate keys. Easier for bossing I suppose. Might swap out thorns for MW, but MW has a huge time, so it's not really that efficient for a macro.
^ I do this as well, but use MW as one of my pet buffs and Karma as the last skill in my marco, simply because the pet buffs love to cause skill delay as they're going on. For example during hard magnus it can get you killed because you can't get dark sight to work right away.
for me its : what is most important, to what has has more time. katara booster and self haste is first, thorns and mirror image is last, 200(?) seconds long
Not sure about DB specifically, but I usually order my buffs from highest delay to lowest delay, or just whatever "feels right" to me. I suggest trying and experimenting different things until you're satisfied.

1) Thorns, Haste, Booster
2) Mirror Image, Channel Karma

for bowmaster mw casts durring illusion step if you have them macroed so its super fast

i always did booster first idk if tht does anything though just buff on a ladder itll solve all ur issues
booster then thorns, rest are on pets, I also don't bother using self haste since I have max speed and jump anyway
