i spent like 90k trying to get arrogant, didn't get it.
90k collectively amongst characters, not all at once. however i spent 30k today trying to get bright, arrogant, marble, or puppy. only got nearly kempt 4 times, bad mood 3, times, and round eyed once. i hate my luck
