dont bother making glitch tickets anymore, they wont read em
checked my emails this morning, and i find this :

Details: Im playing a newly created Aran in mardia. I usually buff my skills prior to entering a map to start fighting / grinding / moving. I have noticed that when body pressure is on, as soon as I walk in, I am notified by admin that the Gm Police have disconnected me due to HACK reason. I doubt you will see or respond to this ticket before I quit my Aran, but I'm just lettin ya know.

Please post on our forums about the bug or glitch that you are experiencing. But before doing so, please look through the forums to see if someone has already posted the same issue.

It d/ces you because when you use Combo Pressure, it thinks your killing/attacking monsters without doing anything. This glitch has been around for awhile now.
just because they didn't read your ticket doesn't mean they won't read other tickets too
so, does gms maple threads on their forum actually get read ?
Probably to help the staff answering tickets, it's easier to see the extent of the glitch when it's in one big thread. Besides you kinda ended that ticket with a nasty comment, I wouldn't help either to be honest.
in general, i was just showing this to basilers, that if they do have a glitch problem, dont bother submitting a ticket, cause they in all likelyhood, wont read it, and then ppl will come to basil and nerd rage that nexon wont even give them any help. least they can now confirm they wont, unless you put the problem on their forum, in which they prolly wont read as well.

How did they give a specific response to the actual subject of your ticket if they didn't read it..?

They are very aware of it, it has been posted sooo many times. It's to stop the BP hackers. What doesn't make sense is that there are way better hacks now.
