But really, @DarkQuill is completely right. Xenons can train while "afk" in evolving world. Out of the thieves, I believe Shadowers have the best mobbing skills.

Try doing quests instead in various areas. There's a bunch of them in Neo City and the Ludi Amusement Park for lv 12x-13x that should help you level... not to mention they also give nice medals (the Neo City medal being slightly better, though the Ludi Amusement Park being a little lower-level, so it's best to start there).

Shads use a very high % mobbing move that is somewhat slow. Make sure you 1 hit everything with it.

If you are unfunded, using cores will only slow you down. I am sure you can get 80% to 1 level with no cores equiped at lv.12x

It's not that shads are slow, its just that Xenon's are insane.
