After that he said: "Imma dc you" So i cc'd and he came after me, After that he said:"ok i sent packets, you will be keylogged in 1-3 days" Should i be worried? If so what should i do?

I hate nexon! Nexon BS me I recently worked very hard to collect 25k nx to transfer my marauder from windia to broa. When i finally reached that amount i went to buy the world transfer and then you wanna know what happend? It had an error saying that i cant transfer my character since my account was blocked once. My account was blocked by nexon's fail autobanning system when dual blades kept getting bans. And now there is a sale 25% off which means i can save 6,250 NX' but no! Nexon doesnt answer my ticket and ill have to pay full price if they dont fix it in 2 days...
Is there anything wrong with my computer? I got a new Operating system and whenever i start MS this is the login screen i see this Also when im playing sometimes the screen becomes black and i have to do alt+esc to fix that. Anyone knows how to fix both problems?
