So lemme get this straight...
1) Will the new snipe still be stupid against bosses? Or will it work the same no matter what monster it attacks?

2) If I am currently doing an average of 35k per strafe arrow... and strafe says "200%", does this mean that snipe at "900%" will be approximately:
"35k is 200% of what" -> 35,000 = 2.00x -> 35,000/2.00 = 2.00x/2.00 -> 17,500... meaning that 17,500 is my "base attack" or something.
Then... "900% of 17,500 is what?" -> 9.00 X 17,500 = x -> 157,500... meaning that each arrow will do 157,500... 157,500 x 4 = 630,000.

So my new snipe damage will be around 630,000?
Yay for math! You're right, assuming that's an average of 35k per Strafe critical (snipe hits all criticals). I don't think we can hurt bosses in cancel weapon attack, and their PDR is going to hurt us. That's where the biggest nerf is (PDR and cancel). The saddest thing is that a lot of post-chaos Marksmenwill be hitting stronger than 500k so technically it's supposed to be a buff. We should realize that this isn't bad, it's just a way of correcting the 1M snipe glitch, because we're so OP (lol?) now.
you have it backwards. its 4 arrows at 900% damage

and it doesnt make marksman suck. it just makes the marksman that already suck just not as good. but if you're already good you have nothing to worry about.

4 arrows at 900% you can possibly see someone hitting 4m dmg here. then the simple 1m dmg before.

and if you're at least doing 20k arrows, you'll be doing around 70k arrows x 4 with chaos snipe.

it sucks for unfunded marksman but it makes marksman a more balanced class
What level to get that range? I believe I already answered that.
If your range is that high. To give you an estimate, a lightly funded 167 Marksman (me) has a max range of 18k with MW20 and an Energizer. So I'll probably have the range around 170 or 175ish. In other words, for Chaos Snipe to be better you either have to be Really high and funded or low and REALLY REALLY funded.
No, more like 15k-20k. It isn't... completely awful, but most of us underfundeds will get nerfed.
