Elemental Staff/Wand Question
Which ele staff/wand do BaM's use. I know it used to have to do with elements and stuff but it's been awhile since ive played a magician so it could have changed.

Which ele staff/wand do BaM's use. I know it used to have to do with elements and stuff but it's been awhile since ive played a magician so it could have changed.

@jews60thief: No, you're correct BaM is a Battle Mage (there's nothing else in the mage sphere that could possibly have that abbreviation). However, I think the staves you see on Basil/Maple might be anviled. Basically a "normal" staff is made to look like an Elemental Staff via powers of NX. I'm pretty sure Battle Mages do NOT use Ele Staves.
Edit: Apparently things aren't the same as I remember, because I recall that using a Elemental Staff that didn't correspond to the correct skill element reduced the damage of that skill. For example, me using the Lightning Elemental Staff with my Flame Wheel skill would reduce my damage. (That's how it used to be anyway...)
BaMs uses the e-staff for the attack speed.
and since we don't have elemental skills, we don't get more or less dmg.

I just figured they changed it because i see them on basil and on maple with them and last i remember i posted this under battlemage section and BaM was abreviation for battle mage so... I could be talking about another class though
