Who would do this? Dupers. They pretty much own the game by now. You can forget about botters and BT hackers. They can dupe stacks and stacks of Gm scrolls, pinks, ws, protection, godly items, etc. Then sell them for mesos, nx or rl money. In a matter of days, they can stack up and fill mules with max mesos or nx.
Eventually, they get bored of having so much mesos and start doing random things. Yea, pretty pathetic if you ask me.
