like by the time its 10-15minutes my mid laner 0-7 their lb 7-0

You really don't know how to counter LB? It's pretty simple, by an offensive item that gives magic resist.
LB is super squishy, if you're a mage rush an Abyssal and if you're AD rush a maw.
LB has no silence anymore so when she jumps in you're gonna punish her more than she can punish you.

she was worse with her silence... banshees helps late game but as an adc you don't want to rush that. Just gotta learn to position well I guess? lol
